莱索托王国首相塔巴内 Sep 1st 2018, 00:00, by 人民网 　　塔巴内首相 　　莱索托王国首相莫措阿哈·托马斯·塔巴内将应邀于9月1日至7日对中国进行正式访问并出席中非合作论坛北京峰会。 　　莫措阿哈·托马斯·塔巴内，现年79岁。获得南非大学文学学士学位。历任首相特别顾问、外交大臣、内政和公共安全大臣、通信和科技大臣等职务。2006年10月，脱离莱索托民主大会党，组建全巴索托大会党并担任领袖。2012年6月至2015年2月担任首相。2017年6月再次出任首相。 　　此次是塔巴内首次以首相身份对中国进行正式访问。 　　（新华社电） 　　《 人民日报 》（ 2018年09月01日 03 版）
