联大首次散发中非合作论坛成果文件 Sep 30th 2018, 00:00, by 人民网 　　本报联合国9月28日电  （记者殷淼、李晓宏）联合国秘书处28日将中非合作论坛北京峰会成果文件作为联大正式文件散发。此举将进一步扩大峰会影响，增进世界各国对中国同非洲合作的理解和支持。 　　当天，中非合作论坛北京峰会《关于构建更加紧密的中非命运共同体的北京宣言》和《中非合作论坛—北京行动计划（2019—2021年）》两份成果文件被联合国秘书处作为联大正式文件散发。 　　这是联大首次散发中非合作论坛成果文件。 　　《 人民日报 》（ 2018年09月30日 03 版）
