王毅:加强与发展中国家团结合作是中国外交的战略选择 Sep 29th 2018, 00:00, by 人民网 人民网联合国9月28日电（记者殷淼 李晓宏）当地时间9月28日，国务委员兼外长王毅在第73届联合国大会发表演讲时表示，中国是世界上最大的发展中国家。无论过去、现在和将来，加强与广大发展中国家的团结合作，始终是中国外交坚定不移的战略选择。这是由中国的国家定位、制度属性和价值取向所决定的，不会因为中国自身的发展发生任何改变，也不会因为国际风云的变幻出现丝毫动摇。
